Responsibilities
- Process public records requests and documentation during weekend hours
- Manage citizen inquiries via phone and email with professionalism
- Maintain secure filing systems and digital records (HIPAA/Gov compliance)
- Coordinate with weekday staff for continuity of services
- Prepare weekly operational reports for department heads
- Assist with public-facing services at weekend community events
- Ensure compliance with California Public Records Act requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
