Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce safety protocols during weekend public service operations
- Conduct regulatory compliance audits for facility access and documentation
- Process weekend permit applications and licensing requests
- Coordinate with emergency services for weekend incident response
- Generate weekly compliance reports for department heads
- Train weekend staff on updated regulatory procedures
- Manage weekend citizen inquiries regarding compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years of regulatory compliance experience
- Valid Ohio driver's license with clean record
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and compliance software
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
