Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility protocols during weekend shifts
- Conduct regular security rounds and perimeter inspections
- Respond to emergencies and incidents with de-escalation techniques
- Maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
- Coordinate with shift supervisors for seamless operations
- Assist in inmate transport and processing procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid Colorado driver's license
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to obtain Peace Officer certification within 12 months
