Responsibilities
- Monitor inmate activities and enforce facility regulations with professionalism
- Conduct regular security patrols and headcounts to ensure compliance
- Respond to emergencies and incidents using de-escalation techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation of incidents and inmate behavior
- Screen visitors and packages according to established protocols
- Collaborate with law enforcement teams during transport and custody operations

Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Valid Indiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to pass background check and physical fitness assessment
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
