Responsibilities
- Monitor weekend compliance with federal healthcare regulations (HIPAA, VA directives)
- Conduct weekend audits of documentation and procedural adherence
- Investigate weekend-reported compliance incidents and discrepancies
- Collaborate with federal inspectors during weekend site visits
- Prepare weekend compliance reports for Monday leadership review
- Maintain weekend compliance documentation in federal systems
- Train weekend staff on regulatory updates and protocols
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or related field
- 3+ years compliance experience in federal/government setting
- VA healthcare facility experience strongly preferred
- Active Secret security clearance
- Weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Expert knowledge of federal healthcare regulations
- Advanced proficiency in compliance tracking software
- Excellent written communication for reporting
