Responsibilities

- Review and verify incoming correspondence to ensure accuracy and compliance with federal regulations.
- Communicate effectively with federal staff, external stakeholders, and the general public.
- Utilize specialized federal software systems to track case progress and generate required reports.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive federal information and personnel records.
- Participate in weekly team meetings to align on operational goals and address challenges.
Qualifications
- United States Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and obtain a security clearance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to detect errors in data and documents.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend schedules and holidays as assigned.
- Associate degree or equivalent experience in public administration, business, or a related field.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
