Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and phone-based citizen services during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 8AM-5PM)
- Process vital records, permits, and public inquiries with accuracy and professionalism
- Maintain secure digital and physical documentation systems
- Coordinate with weekday teams to ensure service continuity and protocol adherence
- Support emergency response coordination and public safety communications
- Conduct data entry and report generation for weekly performance metrics
- Assist with special weekend community events and outreach programs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (if field travel required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background clearance
- Spanish bilingual certification highly desirable
