Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive administrative support during weekend shifts for government departments
- Process public records requests and maintain confidential document systems
- Coordinate inter-agency communications and service continuity protocols
- Manage citizen inquiries through digital and in-person channels
- Support weekend permitting, licensing, and regulatory compliance processes
- Assist with emergency response coordination during weekend operations
- Prepare weekend activity reports and operational summaries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative or public sector experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government record systems
- Valid Florida driver's license with clean record
- Ability to obtain required security clearance within 30 days
- Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Knowledge of Florida Sunshine Law and public record regulations
