Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with precision and compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and secure messaging
- Maintain accurate documentation in federal systems (e.g., VBA, VBMS)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on veteran care initiatives
- Adhere to strict confidentiality and HIPAA/GSA regulations
- Participate in quarterly training on policy updates
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- 1+ years customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital platforms
