Responsibilities
- Process public records requests and administrative documents
- Manage citizen inquiries via phone and in-person during weekend hours
- Coordinate with county departments for urgent weekend operations
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems
- Support emergency response documentation protocols
- Prepare weekend shift activity reports for leadership review
- Assist with public-facing services at weekend community events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative or government experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and record-keeping systems
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish (bilingual required)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Pass background check and security clearance
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
