Responsibilities
- Process citizen requests and documentation with accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage public counters during weekend operating hours
- Assist with data entry, record keeping, and file maintenance
- Coordinate with weekday staff for seamless service continuity
- Answer public inquiries regarding city services and procedures
- Support administrative tasks including scheduling and correspondence
- Adhere to all government protocols and security standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
- Reliable weekend availability (Saturday/Sunday)
- Knowledge of Louisville city services preferred
