Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive citizen support services during weekend shifts via in-person, phone, and digital channels
- Process and maintain essential municipal records with strict adherence to government protocols
- Coordinate emergency response communications and documentation during off-hours
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and report maintenance needs to appropriate departments
- Assist with public events and community outreach programs occurring on weekends
- Prepare detailed shift reports and handover documentation for weekday staff

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred in public administration or related field
- Minimum 2 years of customer service or administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and municipal database systems
- Valid Tennessee driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions with minimal supervision
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must pass background check and obtain required security clearances
