- Conduct routine safety inspections of city facilities
- Provide weekend public assistance via phone and digital channels
- Participate in rotational on-call emergency response duties
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years experience in government operations or public service
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficiency in emergency management software (e.g., EOC systems)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional overtime
