Responsibilities
- Coordinate multi-agency emergency response protocols during weekend shifts
- Manage citizen service channels (hotline, online portal, walk-in services) on Saturdays and Sundays
- Oversee weekend facility security and operational compliance checks
- Process critical permits and licenses with same-day weekend turnaround
- Lead weekend public health and safety initiatives including vaccine clinics and disaster drills
- Maintain real-time situational awareness reporting for weekend incidents
- Train weekend support staff on emergency procedures and service standards
- Generate weekend performance analytics for operational improvement
Qualifications
- 3+ years government or public sector operations experience
- Valid Missouri driver's license with clean record
- FEMA certification in Incident Command System (ICS) preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Excellent crisis communication and de-escalation skills
- Weekend availability mandatory (Saturday/Sunday 6am-6pm)
- Pass background check and drug screening
