Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and health screenings during weekend operational hours
- Administer immunizations and health assessments in community outreach settings
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation systems

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Minimum 2 years clinical or community health experience
- Current CPR/First Aid certification
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems (Epic preferred)
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Bilingual Spanish proficiency strongly preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work occasional holidays as needed
