Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues on weekends.
- Assist users with password resets, account access, and software installations.
- Monitor server health and perform routine system maintenance to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Document all technical interactions and resolutions in the service management database.
- Collaborate with the on-call team to resolve escalated incidents promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and secure workstation environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively during the weekend shift.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and eligible for a government security clearance.
