Qualifications

  • Certification such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
  • Proven ability to work independently and effectively during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose complex technical issues efficiently.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for technical documentation and user guidance.
