While many government offices operate Monday through Friday, our infrastructure requires 24/7 availability. This position allows you to work a rewarding Saturday and Sunday shift in a low-stress, quiet environment while ensuring critical systems remain operational for state agencies.

Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues on weekends.
- Perform scheduled system maintenance, patch management, and security updates during off-peak hours.
- Monitor server health and escalate critical alerts to the on-call team immediately.
- Assist in the setup and configuration of workstations for staff returning from the weekend.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all issues and resolutions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the central IT team to resolve complex technical challenges.
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent military experience).
- Proven experience providing technical support in a professional environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Microsoft Office Suite, and Active Directory.
- Excellent troubleshooting skills for hardware peripherals and network connectivity.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a rotating schedule.
- Ability to pass a background check and obtain state security clearance.
