Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostic testing and sample analysis during weekend shifts

- Operate advanced laboratory equipment including PCR machines and spectrophotometers

- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA safety regulations at all times

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Medical Technology, Biology, or related field
- Texas Clinical Laboratory Scientist license or eligibility
- 2+ years of clinical laboratory experience
- Experience with weekend/holiday shift scheduling
- Strong proficiency in laboratory information systems (LIS)
- Certification in molecular diagnostics preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
