Responsibilities

- Collaborate with local healthcare providers for weekend care coordination
- Support emergency response operations during weekend on-call rotations

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Nursing, or related field
- Texas Department of Health certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Minimum 1 year experience in community health or public service
- Flexibility to work Saturdays and Sundays with rotating holidays
- Valid Texas driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong bilingual skills (English/Spanish) preferred
- CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain prior to start
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in mobile health units
