- Process citizen inquiries and service requests via phone, email, and in-person during weekend hours
- Assist with permit applications, license renewals, and documentation processing
- Provide accurate information on city services, programs, and procedures
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and security protocols
- Maintain detailed records of transactions and communications
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service or administrative experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and digital databases
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Valid Louisiana driver's license required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Spanish fluency strongly preferred
