- Implement public safety protocols for weekend facility operations
- Conduct community outreach during weekend public service events
- Resolve complex citizen inquiries with professionalism and cultural sensitivity
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Proficiency in bilingual communication (English/Spanish required)
- Valid California driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
