Responsibilities
- Manage and process public records requests with strict compliance to state regulations
- Maintain digital and physical document archives with meticulous accuracy
- Provide weekend customer service to state agencies and citizens via phone/in-person
- Coordinate document retrieval for emergency response teams during off-hours
- Train weekend staff on records management protocols
- Generate weekly compliance reports for department leadership
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- 1+ years experience in records management or administrative support
- Familiarity with Arizona public records laws (A.R.S. ยง 39-121)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Exceptional attention to detail and confidentiality standards
- Valid Arizona driver's license
