Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure state databases and systems during weekend shifts.
- Process administrative requests, correspondence, and documents remotely.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate government records.
- Respond to citizen inquiries and provide information regarding state services.
- Conduct compliance checks and prepare weekly status reports.
- Collaborate with weekday teams to ensure seamless operations across the department.

Qualifications

- Previous experience in government administration or remote support roles.
