Responsibilities
- Monitor facility premises and grounds to ensure the safety of personnel and visitors.
- Control access points, verifying identification and issuing visitor badges as required.
- Conduct regular patrols of the interior and exterior areas to deter unauthorized activity.
- Respond promptly and professionally to alarms, disturbances, and emergency situations.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and log entries regarding daily activities and observations.
- Enforce all facility rules, regulations, and security protocols strictly.
- Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
Qualifications
- Must possess a valid Arizona Class D Security License or equivalent certification.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1 year of security or law enforcement experience preferred.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods.
