Responsibilities
- Manage weekend administrative operations including document processing and record maintenance
- Provide frontline citizen support via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Coordinate inter-departmental communications and task delegation
- Maintain compliance with DC government regulations and security protocols
- Prepare weekly reports and operational summaries for leadership review
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend hours
- Train and mentor weekend support staff on administrative procedures
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Public Administration or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative experience in government or regulated environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and DC government databases
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust security clearance
- U.S. citizenship and DC residency required
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8:00 AM - 4:30 PM)
- Certification in Emergency Management Operations (preferred)
