Responsibilities
- Process and prioritize citizen requests, permits, and documentation during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate digital records using proprietary city databases
- Coordinate with emergency response teams and weekend department heads
- Provide in-person and phone-based customer service at weekend service counters
- Prepare weekend operational reports for Monday morning briefings
- Support weekend facility security and access protocols
- Assist with weekend public outreach events and informational sessions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry systems
- Ability to obtain Public Trust security clearance
- Valid Washington State driver's license
