Responsibilities

- Support weekend public events and facility operations coordination
- Collaborate with weekday staff for seamless service continuity
- Prepare weekly operational reports for departmental review
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Valid Kansas driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
