Responsibilities
- Analyze complex state datasets to identify trends and opportunities for service optimization
- Develop automated reporting systems for weekend shift data processing

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 3+ years of data analysis experience with SQL and Python
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm PST)
- Clear background check and ability to obtain government security clearance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with large-scale government datasets preferred
