Responsibilities
- Analyze public safety data trends and prepare weekly reports for city leadership
- Coordinate weekend emergency response protocols with state agenciesManage digital records for weekend incident reporting systems
- Conduct field inspections of municipal safety infrastructure
- Facilitate community outreach programs during weekend hours
- Support grant compliance documentation for federal funding
- Train weekend staff on updated safety procedures
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government or public sector experience
- Valid New Mexico driver's license
- Proficiency in data analysis software (Tableau/Excel)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Clear background check and drug-free certification
- Spanish bilingual preferred
- Emergency management certification a plus
