Responsibilities
- Process vital public records with 100% accuracy and confidentiality
- Manage citizen inquiries via phone/email during weekend hours
- Coordinate document scanning, filing, and digital archiving systems
- Support departmental operations through weekend coverage protocols
- Assist with election preparations and polling place coordination
- Perform data entry in municipal databases and tracking systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Minimum 2 years administrative/clerical experience
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and document management software
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Kentucky driver's license (for occasional travel)
- Must pass background check and public trust clearance
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
