Responsibilities
- Monitor and enforce compliance with OSHA, EPA, and municipal regulations across weekend operations
- Conduct weekend facility inspections and document regulatory adherence
- Coordinate weekend emergency response protocols for public safety incidents
- Prepare weekend shift compliance reports for weekly leadership review
- Train weekend staff on regulatory updates and safety procedures
- Liaise with weekend emergency services and regulatory agencies
- Maintain accurate weekend compliance documentation and audit trails
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 2 years government compliance or regulatory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
- Valid Louisiana driver's license with clean record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance tracking software
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
