Responsibilities
- Manage and secure confidential government records in compliance with federal and state regulations
- Process public records requests with precision and timeliness during weekend operations
- Provide in-person and telephonic citizen assistance regarding municipal services and documentation
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems with zero-error documentation
- Collaborate with weekday staff to ensure seamless continuity of records management
- Operate specialized government software and document management systems
- Uphold strict confidentiality protocols for sensitive municipal information
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's degree preferred in Public Administration
- Minimum 2 years experience in records management or government administration
- Proficiency in document management systems (e.g., Laserfiche, SharePoint)
- Valid Arizona Driver's License and clean driving record
- Ability to pass federal background check and security clearance
- Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
