Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional citizen services during weekend hours including licensing, permit processing, and public inquiries
- Coordinate emergency response protocols and weekend incident documentation
- Manage weekend facility operations including security protocols and maintenance requests
- Process weekend permitting applications for construction and special events
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Generate weekend activity reports and operational summaries
- Support community outreach initiatives during weekend events
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend schedule (Friday-Sunday)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Valid Tennessee driver's license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and government databases
- Ability to pass background check and security clearance
- Excellent communication skills with conflict resolution abilities
