- Provide clear guidance on state regulations and requirements
- Manage complex transactions using specialized state software systems
- Maintain secure handling of confidential customer documents
- Resolve customer inquiries through phone, email, and in-person channels
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve service workflows
- Document all transactions according to state compliance standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- 2+ years customer service experience in regulated environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database systems
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid Washington State driver's license required
