Responsibilities
- Deliver constituent services during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun, 7am-7pm)
- Process public assistance applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage digital and in-person inquiries regarding state programs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless service delivery
- Maintain confidential records and comply with state regulations
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for weekend operations
- Represent agency values in all public interactions
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- Minimum 2 years customer service or public sector experience
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems
- Valid Texas driver's license (if required for field visits)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) certification highly valued
