Responsibilities
- Manage and process incoming correspondence and inquiries for the weekend shift.
- Perform high-volume data entry and update official state records with accuracy.
- Monitor security systems and generate daily activity reports for the regional supervisor.
- Assist with the coordination of weekend community outreach events and scheduling.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government documents and personal data.
- Operate standard office equipment including printers, scanners, and multi-line telephone systems.
- Provide administrative support to department heads during peak weekend periods.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative support or office management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and government databases.
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays, including holidays as required.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a state security clearance.
