Responsibilities
- Manage weekend document processing and record-keeping for state agencies
- Provide exceptional constituent support via phone and in-person services
- Coordinate weekend facility operations and security protocols
- Assist with public records requests and compliance documentation
- Support interdepartmental communication and weekend project coordination
- Maintain accurate databases and reporting systems
- Conduct weekend inventory management and supply chain coordination
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or customer service experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and state record-keeping systems
- Ability to obtain Ohio Notary Public certification within 60 days
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality handling sensitive data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekend supervision
- Valid Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
