Responsibilities
- Manage daily administrative operations and facility security during weekend hours.
- Process incoming applications, documents, and public service requests with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize confidential records and digital databases.
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding state programs and service availability.
- Coordinate logistics for weekend community outreach events and meetings.
- Prepare weekly reports on operational metrics and pending cases.
- Ensure compliance with state privacy regulations and office protocols.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in public administration, customer service, or clerical work.
- Experience working in a government or non-profit environment is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
