Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure service continuity.
- Process high-volume administrative tasks, including data entry and document management, with 99% accuracy.
- Interact with visitors and stakeholders via phone and in-person, providing exceptional customer service regarding state programs.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems in strict compliance with state regulations.
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports and statistical summaries for leadership review.
- Collaborate with the weekday team to address pending issues and ensure seamless handover of responsibilities.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and inventory management.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) year of experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during off-hours.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with the public.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background check and drug screening.
