Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate light machinery (saws, jackhammers, dump trucks)
- Maintain job site cleanliness and safety protocols
- Assist in road repair and sidewalk installation projects
- Collaborate with crew leads to meet daily production goals
- Complete daily equipment maintenance and safety checks
- Adhere to all city and state regulations for public works
Qualifications
- Valid Oklahoma driver's license required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Basic machinery operation experience preferred
- OSHA 10-hour certification a plus
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen

- Ability to work in extreme weather conditions
