Qualifications
- PhD or equivalent in AI/Computer Science, Cognitive Science, or Futurism with 10+ years experience
- Proven track record developing AI strategy for Fortune 500 companies or governmental bodies
- Deep expertise in quantum computing, neural-symbolic AI, and explainable AI frameworks
