Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmap Definition: Develop and communicate a comprehensive technology strategy aligned with the company's vision for the year 2026 and beyond.
- Emerging Tech Evaluation: Research, prototype, and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, Quantum Computing, Web3) to determine feasibility and integration potential.
- System Architecture: Design scalable, secure, and resilient system architectures that support current operations while accommodating future growth.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Lead a high-performance team of engineers and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with product managers, designers, and business units to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Compliance & Risk: Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to industry standards, security protocols, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architect role.
- Technical Mastery: Deep understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), microservices, and containerization technologies.
