Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Quantum Physics, or Bioengineering with 8+ years industry experience
- Proven track record scaling quantum/AI systems from prototype to production
- Published research in Nature/Science on emerging technologies post-2020
- Expertise in futures methodology (scenario planning, Delphi technique)
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes for autonomous systems and biotech
- Experience securing federal grants (DARPA, NSF) and venture capital over $100M
