Your work will directly shape our product portfolio, R&D priorities, and market expansion strategies in an era of unprecedented technological acceleration.
Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and technology forecasting for 2026+ innovations across AI, quantum computing, biotech, and sustainable systems
- Develop and execute strategic technology roadmaps aligned with long-term business objectives
- Establish cross-functional innovation labs to prototype and validate emerging technologies
- Forge strategic partnerships with academia, startups, and industry leaders for technology co-development
- Present compelling technology strategy briefings to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cultural transformation to foster organization-wide innovation capabilities
- Monitor competitive landscape and regulatory shifts affecting technology adoption
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies in enterprise environments
- Deep expertise in at least two future-tech domains (e.g., quantum AI, neurotech, climate tech)
- Exceptional strategic thinking with ability to translate complex tech concepts into business value
- Experience managing multi-million dollar innovation budgets and cross-functional teams
- Strong network within global tech innovation ecosystems
- Certifications in technology foresight or innovation management highly desirable
