Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technology trends (AI, quantum computing, biotech, Web3) to identify strategic opportunities for 2026 market leadership
- Develop comprehensive technology roadmaps aligning with long-term business objectives and market disruption forecasts
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and validate next-gen solutions
- Establish strategic partnerships with research institutions and technology pioneers
- Present technology visions and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives and board members
- Monitor global tech policy developments and regulatory impacts on future innovation
- Mentor junior strategists and build a culture of technological foresight within the organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or emerging technology research
- Proven track record of developing and implementing future-focused technology roadmaps
- Expertise in at least three emerging technology domains (AI/ML, blockchain, AR/VR, etc.)
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills with ability to synthesize complex data
- Exceptional communication skills with experience presenting to executive audiences
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Certification in technology foresight (e.g., CFTE, Foresight Practitioner) preferred
- Experience leading cross-functional teams in ambiguous environments
