Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-prepared AI roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients in emerging sectors
- Architect next-gen ML pipelines integrating quantum computing and neural-symbolic AI
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing AI solutions
- Conduct horizon-scanning research on AI trends with 3-5 year predictive modeling
- Design ethical AI frameworks for autonomous decision-making systems
- Present strategic insights to C-suite executives and industry thought leaders
- Mentor junior researchers in emerging AI paradigms
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or 8+ years equivalent industry experience
- Published research in top-tier AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML, etc.)
- Expertise in transformer architectures, reinforcement learning, and MLOps
- Proven track record in scaling AI solutions to enterprise level
- Strong background in future technology forecasting methodologies
- Experience with ethical AI frameworks (EU AI Act, NIST RMF)
- Exceptional communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ industry-disrupting AI projects
