- Lead cross-functional pods developing next-gen human-machine interfaces
- Identify and commercialize untapped opportunities in pre-2026 emerging markets
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and research labs
- Drive innovation sprints to prototype 2026-viable products
- Lead patent development for breakthrough 2026-adjacent technologies
- Present future-vision briefings to C-suite and board stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy or innovation leadership
- Proven track record launching future-facing products (post-2020)
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI ethics
- Published thought leadership on 2025+ technological implications
- Experience scaling R&D from concept to commercial deployment
- PhD or equivalent in computational science, bioengineering, or futurism
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future-adjacent commercial implementations
