Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 2026 technology roadmaps for Fortune 500 clients across AI, biotech, and quantum domains
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints integrating blockchain, neuromorphic computing, and synthetic biology
- Present strategic foresight briefings to executive boards and investor committees
- Build and manage specialized R&D labs focusing on 5-10 year technology horizons
- Drive commercialization of emerging technologies through strategic partnerships
- Mentor cross-generational teams in exponential thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation roles with proven impact on future tech commercialization
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent technical field
- Published thought leadership in exponential technologies (peer-reviewed journals or industry whitepapers)
- Proficiency in scenario planning tools and foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Track record of scaling innovations from concept to $100M+ revenue streams
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains: AGI, quantum advantage, or synthetic biology
- Executive-level presentation skills with 500+ audience experience
