Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies and societal trends to develop actionable 2026-2030 strategic roadmaps
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype and scale future-focused solutions
- Partner with C-suite executives to integrate foresight into corporate strategy and product development
- Curate and deliver compelling future-vision narratives to stakeholders and investors
- Establish KPIs and frameworks for measuring innovation impact and adoption readiness
- Build and mentor a high-performing innovation lab team
- Represent the company at global foresight conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario-planning capabilities
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Technology Management, or related field
- Strong data visualization and storytelling skills for complex concepts
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
- Experience scaling innovation initiatives in Fortune 500 environments
